Instructions for Authors

• Review talks:
  Review speakers have a time slot of 40 minutes (30 min+10 min for questions). Authors are kindly asked to prepare their presentations in pdf format and to upload the file on the conference PC before the beginning of the session. Only in few cases it will be possible to use personal laptops.
  
  
• Invited talks:
  Invited speakers have a time slot of 30 minutes (25 min+5 min for questions). Authors are kindly asked to prepare their presentations in pdf format and to upload the file on the conference PC before the beginning of the session. Only in few cases it will be possible to use personal laptops.
  
  
• Contributed talks:
  Contributed speakers have a time slot of 20 minutes (15 min+5 min for questions). Authors are kindly asked to prepare their presentations in pdf format and to upload the file on the conference PC before the beginning of the session. Only in few cases it will be possible to use personal laptops.
  
  
• Posters:
  The maximum allowed size for posters is 120 cm (height) x 85 (width), about A0 size. Posters must be displayed during the coffee-breaks from Tuesday to Friday. A poster 'tour' will be organized during the coffee breaks, where interested persons can listen to a 5 minutes presentation of about 5 selected posters at each coffee break (from Tuesday to Thursday).
